Exchange and Returns

Follow these 3 steps:

Step 1

To initiate a return, send an email to lager@urbanpioneers.no, including your order number and the item you wish to return.

Step 2

Within 1-2 days, you will receive a return label from Bring via email.

Step 3

Drop off the package at the nearest pickup location. Once we receive the item, we will process the return.
